Transforming a pair of heels is easy with this simple tulle bow DIY. Below is the original video to this project. I added the bows to the toe portion of the show but you can also take a page from Jimmy Choo and create a perfect party dupe but adding a bow to the back of the heel. I love this project because adding a bow doesn't have to be a permeant change. Using this technique ,you can easily remove the how at the end of the evening.
MATERIALS: Tulle and scissors
HOW-TO: Stack your pieces of tulle, tie it around the toe area of your shoe (around the back of the ankle strap if you're going for the Jimmy Choo dupe), and trim to size.
